Eucalyptus: great for asthma, steaming/ purifying the air, sore throats, coughs,colds, lowering blood pressure, 

 side effects nausea and hyperactivity if you drink too not use if you have liver diease, kidney disease , or low blood pressure.


Crushed sage: sage is Salvia which is good for virus infection, inflammation, bacterial, relief of pain and protective against oxidative stress. too much of the ingrediant 'thujone' is no good can cause damage. 


Peppermint leaf: good for immunity, sore throats, throat muscles, improve energy, relieve menstrual cramps, improve sleep. diabetic should be careful with using peppermint tea. careful if you already have gastroesphageal reflux diesase it can worsen the problem. If your healthy its perfectly fine to drink tons of peppermint  one to  times a day.


Purslane: because it’s an antioxidant, beta-carotene is valued for its ability to prevent chronic disease by protecting the body from damaging free radicals. If you are taking TYROID medication stay away from this herb, its slight side effects are nausea, headches, skin reactions, and dizziness.
